General Return Conditions-

Timeframe: You have 7 days to return an item if you are not entirely satisfied.

Condition: The item must be in a re-sellable condition and in its original packaging, unless it is damaged or faulty.

Cost of Return: If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the courier charge is on your account. If the return is due to an error by SolEquine, we will cover the return costs.

Administration Fee: SolEquine reserves the right to charge an administration fee of up to 15% for returned orders that incur significant expenses.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete a return.

Product Use Disclaimer

Products are used at the customer’s own risk
SolEquine is not liable for misuse or failure to follow instructions
No guarantee of specific outcomes (healing time, performance, etc.)

Stock Availability

Orders are subject to availability
If an item is out of stock, customers will be contacted for a refund or alternative

Risk & Liability During Shipping

Orders are shipped via The Courier Guy (third-party)
Once the parcel is handed to the courier, SolEquine is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier
Claims for damaged parcels must be logged with The Courier Guy according to their own T’s & C’s.

Orders will be dispatched from SolEquine within 2 working days.
Delivery times are estimates only and are subject to the capabilities of The Courier Guy.
Delays due to weather, strikes, regional access, or courier issues are beyond our. control

Incorrect Address Policy

Customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address
Additional costs for re-delivery or returned parcels are for the customer’s account
