We have endeavoured to display each product on the website as accurately as possible. The Product delivered may be subject to variations in appearance, as product packaging may differ over time and the actual colours you see on the website will depend on your computer’s monitor, Solequine Health cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. It remains the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the Product he/she ordered is correct.

Product Pricing, Availability and Delivery:

All the products displayed on the Solequine Health Website are subject to availability and will only be delivered within the Republic of South Africa. It remains the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the delivery address, including the suburb and postal code, is correct.

Solequine Health reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change pricing or specifications of products and services offered on this Website without incurring any liability whatsoever.

Availability of stock cannot be guaranteed, Solequine Health will however endeavour to source stock where possible to fulfil your order. Where items cannot be delivered, Solequine Health will endeavour to contact the customer based on the information provided at registration and to offer either the option to cancel the order or reduce the quantities, where applicable. If Solequine Health is unable to supply each and every item ordered or in the quantities ordered and cannot contact the customer, the customer nevertheless agrees to accept delivery and make payment for the items correctly delivered.

Entire agreement:

Solequine Health reserves the right to amend this agreement from time to time without prior notice, any new version of the agreement will be displayed on the website. It remains the responsibility of the customer to visit our website on a regular basis in order to ascertain whether any amendments have been made. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties in relation to its subject matter, and it supersedes any written or oral representations, be they express or implied, and any prior agreements between you and the Company.
